Everything is going portable and the furniture space is not going to be exempted. Foldable furniture has been around for a long time and they only get better in build and mechanism.
The BOOKNITURE (...from Book and Furniture) is one interesting piece of...well, furniture. its literally a book, made of paper too that transforms into a super useful piece of furniture. it can be applied as a stool, foot rest, night stand and even a work desk. Folded back in place, its nothing more than an elongated book on your shelf (...very fancy looking too).
The BOOKNITURE is a startup project and with required funding, can become a global product you will like to have.
Our thoughts, going through the source site we did discover a number of interesting things added to BOOKNITURE like the tested fact that it can hold up to 170kg easily, its splash proof and the design pattern is truly remarkable. Hmmm! we wonder how well fire influences it.
